Shipping policy

We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia. If your country of residence is not listed please get in touch, as we may still be able to ship to you.

Extra surcharges may apply to certain countries. eg. Channel Islands and Highlands. Orders may not ship until these have been paid.

We cannot guarantee dispatch times but we aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days, unless your order contains any of the following items then the following dispatch times apply

• Standard Wooden Arrows - 5 to 10 working days
• Premium / Medieval Wooden Arrows - 7 to 14 working days
• Aluminium / Carbon Arrows - 5 to 10 working days
• Arrow Wraps / Name Labels - 3 to 5 working days 
• Bows & Limbs - up to 5 to 6 working weeks
• Leather Bracers - 3 to 7 working days
• Any cut arrow shaft - 3 to 5 working days

We use a variety of couriers. For larger deliveries we use UPS and for smaller items we use Royal Mail and Hermes.

We try to keep all stock levels current, however sometimes due to issues beyond our control they are incorrect, If an item is ordered that is not in stock, we will email you with either an alternative, the option of putting the item on back order or a refund.
