We hope you never have an issue with any products received from us, however sometimes through no fault of our own things go wrong.

Changed your mind?

Under the Distance Sale Regulations Act of 2000, customers who have purchased online can return any unwanted items within 14 days. These goods must be unused and in original packaging.
This does not apply to sale items or any custom products. These include, but are not limited to arrows, cut arrow shafts, wraps, bowstrings and any bows/limbs that the customer has customised.
Customer is to pay return shipping on any unwanted goods.

Faulty Items

If within 30 days of receiving your item your item develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements before sending items back to us.

If your item has developed a fault after 30 days but within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Please get in touch with us to discuss before sending items back to us.

If the damage to the item is a result of misuse, an accident, wear and tear or incorrect storage. KG Archery have the right to refuse your return.

KG Archery will pay return shipping on faulty items on orders placed in the UK only, return shipping from countries outside the UK is to be paid by the customer.
Please discuss return arrangements before shipping, KG Archery will not refund shipping costs on items returned without agreeing to courier and costs. This agreement will be either in writing or by email.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of KG Archery receiving returned goods.
Before return of any goods, please either email sales@kgarchery.com or ring 01623 835050 beforehand. Any items received without prior contact may take longer to process and may slow down the refund process.

Item Not Arrived?

Please get in touch with us if your item has not arrived within Royal Mails delivery times. Please note these may be longer at busy periods. Any missing parcels must be claimed for within 3 months of shipping.
