First try after throwing limbs on my spare riser I was confused, 'surely there's something wrong with my limb bolts' I checked expecting that this riser had it's bolts wound way out I was more confused when they were within 3 turns of fully in. The bow felt easier to draw than my 40# limbs even though the limbs were 44#s quick dash to scale and the limbs came out at 44.3# but felt like 38's!!
They shot really smooth through the clicker and are just a joy to shoot. Had I known what they were like I'd have gone for another 2# on my limbs. Since buying the limbs I've recorded a new short metric PB(661) and for the first time in three years managed to record a competition score over 600 for a 720. Previous limbs were custom carbon limbs and I just couldn't get any consistency out of them even with what felt like good shots. Not so with the Axials consistent grouping end to end. They are smooth, fast and just a joy to shoot, I'd recommend them to anyone. Gave my bow to one of the guys in the club who shoots 4# less than me and he found it easier to draw than his Hoyt! Great service from the KG team as well.
Having picked these up 2nd hand (really new as not been shot) and already tried these when buying a Falcon bow, was a no brainer to buy them at a bargain. Compared to my Nexgen and Spirit, at 38/32lb these 36lb are smoother, more forgiving and lighter to pull than both, either BB or R. Their loss my massive gain. Once again thanks to Keith and the whole team for such quality, affordable, very fast, performance limbs.
Having Shot the NX 55's I wasn't expecting a huge difference. but the Axials are smoother and have a consistant draw, they are fast, and very quite on the Vertex riser. I have shot top end wiawis, Gillo and mybo, these are by far the easiest to draw consistantly and the smoothness makes them a pleasure to shoot. Have ordered a second set at a higher poundage.
If you want faster, smoother and more consistent limbs then look no further. These limbs are the best feeling limbs I've ever shot. Super smooth without sacrificing speed. Their new limb curve provides a stable platform for consistent shots. The best limbs ever. Pair them with the KG Vertex and you will be a force to be reckoned with.
