This world-renowned recurve sight has been updated with new features.
While retaining the popular sight pin knob stopper and sight plate, it now
features new features such as SHIBUYA's highest precision adjustment pitch, a lower dial for enhanced operability, and the ZPE system.
Ultra-precise thread construction for 0.038mm adjustment
. Previous Ultima sights allowed for adjustments of 0.002 inches per click, but with the recent rise in scores in compound archery and target competitions, there has been demand for even more precise adjustments.
The new model uses a 32-pitch screw for elevation and lateral adjustment, achieving ultra-fine adjustments of just 0.00156 inches (0.038mm) per click, meeting
the precise alignment required at the cutting edge of competitive shooting.
The return of the lower elevation dial
: The adjustment dial at the bottom of the elevation bar, which was discontinued with the ULTIMA RCII, has finally been reinstated, following many requests!
All four models coming out in the 2026 season feature a newly designed dial, allowing for smoother adjustments with easier access from any angle.
ZPE (Zero Play Effect) Mechanism:
SHIBUYA's original backlash reduction mechanism, ZPE, has finally been adopted in the ULTIMA RCIV and RC PRO G2, following on from the CPX/CP PRO series for compounds.
ZPE eliminates the gap between the main block and lock block, providing a more direct adjustment feel with no play.
