The UK is again in another lockdown. So we are again closed to the public. We are working part time, and hope to ship all orders within our usual time scale. We are open for click and collect but we stand by the governments announcement of not travelling where unless absolutely necessary. Any enquiries should be made to email@example.com or using the contact form on our website.
Nottinghamshire has now entered Tier 4. We are again closed to the public. Click and collect is available and our website orders will ship as normal. These restrictions will be reviewed on the 13th January.
We have now reopened to the public. Previous covid rules will apply.
Visits by appointment only, social distance at all times. Face coverings must be worn.
As we are again in a National Lockdown we will be closed to the public from Thursday Nov 5th to Weds Dec 2nd. Website orders will still go out as normal, and unlike the 1st lockdown, click and collect is available.
As we were closed for 3 months the following will apply
Vouchers - The expiry date will be extended by 3 months, if you would like to use your voucher online or over the phone, please get in touch. (eg. expiry date of 17/05/2020 will be 17/08/2020) This does not include vouchers purchased after 16/06/2020.
Limb Exchange - The one year from your initial purchase will be extended by 3 months. (eg. initial purchase 16/06/2019 you will need to complete all your exchanges by 16/09/2020) This does not apply to new purchases after 16/06/2020.
Coaching Vouchers - As Christine is still unable to return to work these will extended for the entire time Christine is not at work, currently 3 months. We will not be issuing new coaching vouchers until Christine is back at work.

We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening on Tuesday 16th June.
Unfortunately things will not be the same as before, we will be implementing new procedures to keep our staff and our customers safe.
Our shop opening hours have changed, we will be working reduced opening hours Tues-Fri 1000-1600 and Saturday 1000-1500.
There will also be reduced shop staff present, this will be Adrian and Tammie. This is to help with social distancing. A few people have asked after our Keith and Christine, they are doing great. However for obvious reasons they will be staying at home shielding for the time being.
For all big sales, advice, string making etc. Anything that requires you to speak to a staff member for longer than 5 minutes, it will be by appointment only. This is so we can keep the amount of customers in the shop to a minimum. Appointments can be made either by email or over the phone. If you are making an appointment by email then please wait until you have confirmation before you arrive. (More details on appointment procedure further down)
We please ask that no customers visit us if they have been in contact with anyone with the virus or are showing symptoms of the virus. If you appear to be showing symptoms we reserve the right to refuse entry.
All customers upon arrival are requested to use the hand sanitiser provided.
We will be providing a click and collect service. This will help us greatly as your visit will be a quick and easy one. Orders and payment can be made online or by phone. Again, please do not come and collect your order unless you have had confirmation that it is ready. We aim for collection within 24hrs but sometimes this may not be possible. For online orders just select Click and Collect as your delivery option.
We ask that you please take note of the one way system on our ramp outside. If a customer is present in the entrance area we ask that you wait a few moments until they leave before entering.
Whilst on our premises, whether in the shop or waiting outside, we ask that you please respect the social distancing guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the premises if they do not adhere to these guidelines.
Manufacturing has restarted, we are currently trying to fulfil outstanding bow orders from before and during lockdown. Any new orders may take slightly longer than normal, if you require a lead time before you purchase then please get in touch.
Drop In Customers
We ask where possible that you click and collect, however if you do wish to drop in, you will not be allowed access to the main shop without an appointment. Our staff members will serve you in the entrance area. We ask that you make this a quick visit to keep customers flowing and observe all social distancing guidelines.
As this is new to us, we will be ironing out any kinks as we go so please bear with us.
You will be allocated a day and time but also an allowance of time depending on your needs.
With all the best intentions we may run over time with our previous customers. So please be aware we may be running late on your arrival.
If this is the case, as we have no space for a waiting area we will ask that you wait in your car until we are ready. Therefore we also ask that you do not arrive too early for your appointment. If we seem to running really behind we will endeavour to let you know so you're not waiting for hours in your car.
We also ask that you come alone, we know it's a day out for some families but as we will be implementing social distancing we do not have the space for many people in the shop. If the sale is for a child or a vulnerable adult we will also allow one parent/guardian to be present.
You will be then escorted by a staff member into the main shop area. We ask that you do not touch the stock unless you intend to purchase, and that you also observe the 2m social distancing at all times.
Our staff will be wearing masks where appropriate, however using gloves is not always practical. They will be using sanitiser regularly during your visit. We also ask that you regularly use the sanitiser and if you wish we also can provide a face mask.
If your visit requires a visit to the shooting range, it has been marked out with the required social distancing measures. If close proximity is required (to check draw length etc) we have a screen that can be put in place to protect you.
We are unable to provide refreshments, so we advise that you bring one if you wish.

We are now running with a very small work force and our workshop staff have been temporarily laid off.
The staff working will only be working for a few hours a week, this means orders may not ship daily so please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
This also means any KG bow orders for our bows or limbs that we do not currently have in stock will not be fulfilled until after lockdown. We do have plenty in stock, if you would like to check our stock levels before ordering then please send us an email. Or if we can we will offer you an alternative after you have placed your order.
Custom arrow orders may take longer to fulfil, this will primarily be the wooden arrow orders. We do have a few made up in various colours, so if we can we will offer you an alternative.
The bigger items, ie target bosses and stands that are usually collection only, will obviously not be able to be collected and we will not be shipping them out.
We will not be receiving any more deliveries from our suppliers until after lockdown as our primary concern is to keep our staff safe.
We hope you our customers understand that we are doing this to keep our staff and their families safe. And that we are putting their health and well being above our profit margin.
And when things get back to normal as it will, we hope we'll see you all again.
Take Care and Stay Safe
Following the recent government broadcast our bricks and mortar shop will close until further notice.
We will continue to run our website sales for mail order at the moment, but we will be following any new guidelines that the government give out, so this may change at short notice.
We are currently isolating some of our staff members who suffer from long term health issues.
This will leave us with skeleton staff and the staff that remain may only be available for limited hours during the day, this may vary from day to day.
So we ask if you have any enquiries that you can send these by email and we will answer them as soon as we can.
